Responsibility of Bollywood??

In spite of lots of efforts, we could not save "Damini", the brave girl who fought against her situation like "Jaasi Ki Raani", leaving all of us helpless and shocked.

Nation's youth is in grief and shocked, searching for justice and feeling helpless against the pathetic system of Government and cold-blooded politicians.

I have seen Hon. Jaya Jee (Smt. Jaya Bachchan) displaying lots of grief and was saying sorry to the young generation that she could not be the part in saving the crime against girls. I appreciate the approach of Hon. Jaya Jee and must say that if you raise the issue to save the girls and change the system, "WE ARE WITH YOU", please go ahead and tell us how can we help you.

Apart from this, don't you all people think that Film Sensor Board, Information & Broadcast Dept and film makers also should play the responsibility from their side?

  • We have already seen that in movies, we see the tag-line "Cigarette Smoking is injurious to health" during smoking scenes. Why shouldn't there be the slogan "Sexual Harassment, abuse or Rape is subjected to severe legal penalties up to death sentence" while such incidence is being shown. Even when a Hero is flirting or just teasing heroine, this slogan must be shown. After all Hero is not given such special rights in India, and people are following hero only as their ideal character.
  • In movies, I have seen when a villain is trying to molest the heroine, a very sad or negative music is being played, and in the same case when hero is trying to "molest" or teast the heroine this is considered as "naughty" act and delightful music or song is being played. A teasing to any unknown girl by ANYONE is considered as MOLESTING only, this should be understood by all the film-makers and sensor board.
  • Is explicte language really is required to make movie more "masaledaar"???? Are you really happy to get such success and "applouse" from the audience when they are listening such shit?? Don't you imagine that even the girls are also watching such bullshit among them? They just came for the entertainment and you are giving them something which is indirectly considered as abuse and harrasment to them. Isn't it possible to make clear yet good movies??? Such Gaali-galoch is really the "demand of the scene" in your language and its must???
Please remember, a criminal is raised from the society and society follows what they see in Entertainment media. Even 12 years students also thinking in that way and creates nuisence in school while in co-education with girls. It means, even 10 to 12 year old girls also need to be careful. You have to belive that such girls even cannot properly protect themselves because of so much young age. You have to understand that a teenager mind gets more fast impact of such scenes of movie.

A 12 years old boy is singing "Bhaag Bhaag DK..." song, and his father feel proud that his boy is so much "naughty and mischivious". He don't know that his son may sometimes be "sentenced to death" after 6 to 8 years if special guidance or care is not been given rather then just to get happy about his "progress".

So, please understand that after this shameful incident, just think what we stands for and what is the repsonsibility at our part.

JAAGO INDIA... and stop admiring which is NOT LEGEL in entertainment media. Tomorrow, this may create a very big nightmare in any of your life also...

Few good bus services from Ahmedabad to Mumbai

There may be some possible occasions where you really need to travel to Mumbai from Ahmedabad in urgency mode and you even do not find any reservations in Train or Buses. Even Railway Tatkal also did not help you, and finally you decide to go by General Coach of any train.

This generally happens on special festivals such as Diwali, Christmas etc. Even private tour operators charge you 1200 to 1500 Rs. for Non-AC seat and that also is not guaranteed that you will reach in 12 hours. I have seen some travels charging 2800 rs. per birth in Diwali.

Friends.... why should we pay this much or why should we think of going by general coach of railway in spite of having some really good bus services.

Let me give you brief detail of the same.

(1) GSRTC is providing daily bus servie (Gurjar Nagri) to Mumbai from Ahmedabad. They have 2 buses daily (i) Idar-Mumbai 4:00 PM and (ii) Vadnagar Mumbai 4:40 PM which will take you direct to Mumbai Central. Well if you want to go to Thane, dont worry there is a daily bus Khedbrahma-Mulund around 5:30 to 6:00 PM. What about reservation? Don't worry you can reserve it online same like railway by http://www.gsrtc.in/GSRTCOnline link. The charges are just Rs. 300 to 330. Though the bus has only sitting capacity but condition is really good. All the above buses are taking 12-13 hours to reach.

(2) RSRTC (Rajasthan) is providing a sleeper coach to Mumbai daily night at 10:30 PM. The route is Udaipur-Mumbai which passes through Ahmedabad daily. They charge around 300 Rs. for Sleeper birth. Again online reservation is possible on link: https://rsrtconline.rajasthan.gov.in/. This bus takes 10-11 hours to reach

I found all of the above buses almost with 0 reservations daily. It means very few people knows about this. So, next time if you want to travel in urgent mode and ready to compromize with your luxury, do not travel in general coach or try to give bribe to TC of Railway, try these buses.

Have a nice day. :)

Spread this message to whom you care....

Dear All,

A very shameful incident happened last week in Delhi, almost everyone condemned it by respective ways. Media, Social Media, Bollywood, Students, Housewives, Working Staff and almost everyone (except politicians) participated by heart in protest for the same.

I would like to mention here few things a working or studying girl must follow while she is out for work or study.

  • A weapon is MUST. I came to know that papper-sprey is not allowed in India, then keep a knife or "ustra" in your beg. And this is not just to keep it in beg. Make a practice that this should be handly in less then 2 seconds and you should atleast damage the person's vein of hand or neck. Keep practicing in mock regularly for the same
  • Do not take lift from any private vehicle, especially when you see people sitting inside. Call any of your friend or relative to pick you up but taking lift from any private transportation is very risky.
  • Avoid travelling at night if possible. There is nothing to be ashamed telling your trustworthy colligue or boss to drop you at your home.
  • Make sure your home-members know the address of your office, college, educational institute, telephone numbers and the route you take to reach home.
  • You always talk to your friends on phone when you are free, then why can't you make a call to any of your friends while you are travelling to your home. Keep your friend informing about the vehicle, where you reached etc.
  • Do not forget to note the number of the vehicle. Avoid travelling to those vehicles which do not have number-plate or "applied for registration"
  • Call-Center Girls: from your company authority, ask for the complete detail of the driver who is dropping you to your home regularly. ITS YOUR RIGHT to know this and none of the official staff can deny to give such information. Also make sure that police verficiation is done. Once you know this, inform your partents, house-members and friends about the same

ALONG WITH "TO PROTEST" ALSO THINK "TO PROTECT"

I WISH THE SAFE LIFE TO ALL WOMEN OF INDIA...

Barfi! From my point of view...

Long time after "3 Idiots", I can say that it was the fantastic experience watching this movie. The innocense I saw in this movie, I could see only in the great movie "Sadmaa" starring Kamal Hasan & Shridevi. The story-line is also matching a littlebit with Sadmaa. Here, in this movie, the hero Ranbir Kapoor (Barfi) is in center of attention.

The first song "Hui Picture Shuru" made me thinking about the whole plot of the movie. This song itself tells that the entire movie is so much light-weight and comedy. Well, not a comedy which creates laughter, but during whole movie, a smile will always be there at your face.

This movie really gives a message, that laughter or comedy does not require vulgarity, bad words, double-meaning dialogies or 3rd class non-veg jokes. Even innocense can also create laughter or comedy.

Well..... what can I say about Priyanka (Piggy Chops). I wish if she would be like that, I could have adopted her... ;) The innocense in her eyes, a deep thought process running inside her mind - these made me thinking that it is not like acting in a movie. This is something which she might have felt sometimes, or might have seriously observed somewhere. Once again she proved herself that she is the queen of the Acting & Drama (Saat Khoon Maaf, Whats your Rashi, Fashion, Aitraaz). She is different and not just a showcase girl or item girl.

The performance of Ranbir Kapoor is expected to be excellent. Ofcourse, he is from the family of Great RAJ KAPOOR...

Direction is magical. I am much impressed with the story-line and all the plots arranged togather so magically that you definitely enjoy. The entire story-line holds you in your chair.

Concludingly... 3 cheers to the movie. MUST WATCH....

Good night....

A Fantastic Explanation of "POLITICS"

This morning I received a wonderfull mail from one of my Friend/Relative/Honorable Client Mr. Ashish Vaishnav.

Let me describe this here:

One day, a child asked his Daddy : "Dad... What is Politics?"

Dad replied: "OK son, let me explain...... I am earning money for our home, so I am the "Capitalist". Your mom is taking care of home so she is "Government". Your grandfather is looking after the security of home so he is "President". Our maid who is playing major role in housekeeping, is "Working Class". Your are the "Public" as we all are taking care of you. And your younger brother who is just 1 year old, is the "Future"....

Son understood this with a silence...

In the night, the son found that his younger brother (who is 1 year old) has done toilet in his nappy. So the son went to his parents' bedroom to wake up mom and dad. What he found is, dad was not there and his mom was sleeping so much deeply, that the son tried a lot to wake her up, but she did not responded.

So son went to the maid's room and saw that his father is sleeping with her maid in compromising position. Further he has seen that his grandfather was behind the door and watching this drama peacefully.

Son shocked, tried to change nappy of his younger brother, finally did it and went to bed again.

Next day Dad asked the son: "OK, my son... yesterday I explained you the word "Politics". Describe now...."

The son replied: "Capitalist is f***ing the working class. "President" is looking this peacefully. "Government" is sleeping and not ready to wake up. Our "Future" is in Shit, and ..... IT IS THE ONLY PUBLIC WHO CAN PULL THE FUTURE OUT FROM THE SHIT.....

THATS THE POLITICS......

A Man for whom Sky is the Limit

Dear All,

Talking about my Boss. I met very few of the people of his kind. He never follow the process, he insists that let process follow him. He never set high 'TARGETS', he achieves somewhat which we call 'TARGET'. He strongly hates technology, but at present all the latest technologies are at his footstep.

Listening to this guy, itself is a fantastic experience. You will not stop yourself rolling on floor with laugh, by extremely witty and significant examples he gives during his speech. 10 minutes of his lecture provide 10 months of motivation for you.

Afsosss....... I need such guy in my IT Line.... :(

Sharing some of the snaps on special request of Hardik Raval (Haddy)

CV - the technical X-ray report of a person

I need a very good .net developer and a PHP developer for my company. As a result, I just simply put the requirement on my website http://www.attensasoftware.com and then found lots of CV in my account.

I just went through the CV and found:

(1) Most of the CV were copied either from Jobs Portal or from the CV of friends. Might have googled also.

(2) Most of the CV were excellent by english language (by reading blah.. blah.. of career objectives), but when I met candidate, he/she was "ZERO" (in fact minus) in english. Please note down, that in CV they have claimed to work with "International" clients.

(3) 2 things were common in CV as "skill" and those are C, C++ (!!!!!!!). Are these considered as skills nowadays???

(4) The projects which were made by him/her were not at all ONLINE. They were fake projects or the sites have removed. Couple of candidates even not have seen their project at all. When I opened the website and shown him/her that what part of this project is done by you, they gave the answer "Sir, project report typed and printed by me...!!!"

(5) If you ask anything about the subject he/she has written in CV, the answer was common "Sir, it was there in syllabus but right now I am not recollecting it..."

(6) The hobby is written as "Cricket" however he even don't know that from which Ranjee Team - Cheteshwar Pujara has come.

(7) The hobby is written as "Internet Surfing". So what all he/she knows about internet surfing?? - FACEBOOK....!!!

I really got frustrated taking interview of approx 25-30 candidates nowadays, and found all of them as they are sheeps who even don't know where he/she has to go. He is just following because his successor goes on that direction.

Rs. 50,000 per semester. Total 6-8 semester. It means overall approx Rs. 5,00,000 expense. When they came out, they even are not deserving the salary of Rs. 5000. Better to start a business with Rs. 3,00,000 and get the turn-over of Just Rs. 50,000 per year will (1) Recover all the money in 5-6 years (2) Get 5 years experience as businessman

But no..... as world says "IT is in top now..." so come what may... "My son/my daughter must go in IT".

The same way colleges and educational institutes behave. Once they get money from student, their only target is just to "PASS OUT" the student, whether he/she he is qualified or not.

If this will go on, I don't think that INDIA will be a leading country in IT in next coming years.

Guys, who are in IT Field, please read this and decide where we stand being employee or being employer...

Blogging Back

Dear Bloggers,

Posting after 1 Year, 2 Months and 6 Days.

Sorry for being so much irregular in blogging. Will try to post regularly from nowonwards.

Received such comments that I am not regular in Blogging, which I am answering positively.

Life is running extremely fast like a super fast train running through a small station. You might have seen the piece of papers and dust flying here and there when it passes. It also happens while your life also runs in that speed. So to survive, you have to be one of the passenger of that train, may be with ticket or without ticket. ;)

Nyways, don't try to find out deep meanings of above paragraph. Just enjoy life and avoid the rest.

:)

PHIR MILENGE.....

Will keep you updated.

Thanks
